  • “Verified,” “Claimed,” or “Last Confirmed” labels are informational only and do not mean CafeTee endorses any business, user reviews and ratings reflect personal opinions, not statements of fact.”

You are responsible for confirming details directly with the cafe before visiting.

User Submissions and Community Content

The Site may allow you to submit content, including listings, edits, photos, ratings, reviews, comments, or messages (“User Content”).

You are responsible for your User Content

You agree that your User Content must be:

  • Accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • Not misleading, fraudulent, or impersonating others
  • Not defamatory, hateful, harassing, or abusive
  • Not infringing any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights
  • Not containing viruses, malicious code, or spam

License you give us

By posting User Content, you grant CafeTee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, and distribute your User Content for operating, improving, and promoting the Site.
You confirm you have the rights to submit the content and grant this license.

Moderation and removal

We may review, edit, refuse, or remove User Content at any time (but we are not obligated to). We may also suspend accounts or restrict access for policy violations.

Claiming a Listing (For Café Owners/Representatives)

If you claim a listing, you represent that you are the café owner or an authorized representative. We may request verification.
Claimed listings may be given additional controls (e.g., updating hours/photos). We may revoke a claim if we believe it is inaccurate or unauthorized.

Intellectual Property

All Site content (excluding User Content), including the design, layout, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to CafeTee and protected by applicable laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Site without our written permission, except as allowed by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Site using automated means without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or security features
  • Upload malware, spam, or harmful content
  • Manipulate ratings/reviews or post fake reviews
